Our mission is to protect each person’s dignity and support wellness, hope and independence. Our nurses, therapists and care colleagues bring different skills to that work. Your care needs, preferences and goals belong at the center of the conversation.

Our history

  1. 2007

    Family Care begins providing home health care in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our story starts with helping people receive care in the comfort of their own homes.

  2. 2010

    We develop two of our specialty programs: the MyHeart Advanced Cardiac Home Program and our non-healing wound care. These specialties help us serve patients with chronic conditions who might otherwise not receive consistent treatment.

  3. 2018

    Our Bullhead City office completes an accreditation survey, an important milestone in the office’s history.

  4. 2021

    We open a location in Lake Havasu City, our second office in Arizona, extending our reach across the western part of the state.

  5. 2026

    Today, our Bullhead City, Lake Havasu City and Las Vegas offices provide home health care, with hospice care through our Arizona offices. Our focus remains the people we care for and the families who turn to our staff for support.
