  • Physical Therapy

Our physical therapists help patients regain strength and coordination. Services include massage, ultrasounds, safe gait transfer, and special exercises as prescribed by your doctor.

  • Medical Social Work

Our medical social workers remedy the social, environmental, and emotional factors disrupting a patient’s health. We can connect you to community resources like counseling, adult day care, group homes, rehabilitation, home modifications, meal preparation, and transportation.

  • Home Health Aide

Home health aides can assist with day-to-day activities, like grooming and bathing. They can also monitor patient vital signs, and ensure there are no safety hazards present in the home.

  • Speech-Language Pathology

Our speech therapists work with patient speech, hearing, and language abilities. They can provide therapy to patients with aphasia, patients who have recently suffered a stroke, or patients with swallowing disorders.

  • Hospice Care

Family Care Hospice allows our patients to transition to end-of-life care, surrounded by the same familiar nurses and staff members. Hospice includes palliative care and bereavement services, all in the comfort of our patients’ homes.
