Family Care Home Health & Hospice complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, national origin, age, disability, or sex. We do not exclude people or treat them differently because of any of these characteristics.
Services we provide
Family Care provides, free of charge:
- Aids and services to people with disabilities to help them communicate with us effectively, such as qualified interpreters and written information in other formats.
- Language services to people whose primary language is not English, including qualified interpreters and information written in other languages.
Many of our clinicians are bilingual. If you need these services, please call the office nearest you.

Filing a grievance
If you believe Family Care has failed to provide these services or has discriminated in any way, you can file a grievance with our civil rights coordinator.
Contact details for our civil rights coordinator are being updated. In the meantime, please call the office nearest you and ask to speak with the administrator, who will direct your grievance appropriately.
